The sound quality of the earpiece and microphone were both very clear during testing. A noise-canceling microphone eliminates background noise on the M110, and makes your voice easily understandable to callers. There are also three levels of microphone volume, though there is no volume adjustment for the earpiece and, in our tests, we often had to ask callers to speak up.
